Council Candidates On Air

Conversations around upcoming Local Government elections are firing up in the Shoalhaven. The Spark has teamed up with Triple U Shoalhaven Community Radio to bring you Colin Hesse's morning program interviews with each of the lead candidates in each ward.

These interviews complement our Spark Mayoralympics project that explores the position and priorities of two Shoalhaven Mayoral candidates: the Greens' Kaye Gartner, and the independent, Jemma Tribe. (The third Mayoral candidate, Patricia White, of Shoalhaven Independents Group chose not to participate.)

Shoalhaven Community Radio, “Triple U FM” is a community broadcaster in the Shoalhaven, covering 4400sq/km from Gerringong in the North to Termeil in the South and West beyond the escarpment including Kangaroo Valley and Robertson.

For 35 years, Triple U has offered a diverse variety of music, current affairs and special interest shows produced and presented by local volunteer members.
